On Monday, 28 October, 2019 at 12:30 AM Greenwich Mean Time (UTC+0), we will be performing a platform upgrade for all our UK and EU services. The maintenance should take between one to four hours maximum.
During this time, only UK and EU customers will be impacted, with Admin, Insights, Medical, Perks, Reward & Recognition applications being unavailable for the entire duration.
This will affect Web, Mobile, and App users both on iOS and Android.
