On Tuesday 22 October, 2019 at 02:00 AM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), we will be performing a platform upgrade for all our Australia services. The maintenance should take between one to four hours maximum.
During this time, only Australian customers will be impacted: Admin, Insights, Perks, Reward & Recognition applications being unavailable for the entire duration.
This will affect Web, Mobile, and App users both on iOS and Android.
